  20.           virtual key bindings for Motif applications.  This action is
  21.           performed by mmmmwwwwmmmm at its startup, so the xxxxmmmmbbbbiiiinnnndddd client is
  22.           only needed when mmmmwwwwmmmm is not in use, or when you want to
  23.           change bindings without restarting mmmmwwwwmmmm.  If a file is
  24.           specified, it's contents are used as the virtual key
